Refurbishment and extension of existing 2/3 storey 1930’s semi. Existing house extended upwards into attic to exploit amazing views and downwards and outwards to form a better relationship with the garden.

2 large sliding glazed screens open up to the garden on 2 levels, a 2.6m x 2.3m floor to ceiling picture window frames the view from the kitchen into the garden. Internally the existing cellular space has been opened up so spaces flow into each other. Oak flooring is used throughout the house with underfloor heating. Kitchen worktops in reconstituted marble and oak.

External terrace is decked in yellow balou hardwood with structural glazed balustrade, patio at garden level formed from polished concete paviors.
